The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the overall development of our workforce. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills who can handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities :- 1. Recruitment and Onboarding - · Develop and execute recruitment plans, including job postings, sourcing, and candidate screening. · Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations. · Manage the entire onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules. · Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications. 2. Employee Engagement and Relations - · Foster a positive workplace environment by organizing team-building activities and engagement programs. · Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve them in a professional manner. · Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. 3. Performance Management - · Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems. · Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement. · Collaborate with managers to set KPIs and ensure periodic evaluations are conducted. 4. Training and Development - · Identify training needs and coordinate with external/internal trainers to develop learning programs. · Track employee participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. 5. HR Policies and Compliance - · Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. · Update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. · Maintain accurate and secure employee records. 6. Payroll and Benefits Administration - · Assist in payroll processing and address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits. · Oversee employee benefits programs such as insurance, leave management, and retirement plans. 7. HR Metrics and Reporting - · Maintain HR metrics and generate regular reports on employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and performance metrics. · Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR strategies and processes. 8. Administrative Support - · Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR operations. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and communication. · Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications and Skills :- · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). · 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. · Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. · Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. · Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. · Strong organizational and time management abilities. Contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the AV rental industry. Strong understanding of AV equipment and its applications in various events. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficient in using CRM software and accounting software like Tally or Busy. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
